Obituary of Richard "Richie" L. Toth

Richard L. Toth Jr., age 57, passed away on January 21, 2024, at 12:20 p.m. at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro. He lived a life dedicated to his passions and meaningful connections. As a lifetime American Motorcycle Association member and AMA Congress Representative, Richard was deeply involved in the motorcycling community, showcasing his love for motocross racing and his expertise as a motorcycle mechanic. His skills extended into his career as a truck driver and mechanic, reflecting his lifelong commitment to all things automotive.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Richard found his greatest joys in the roles of husband, father, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, and friend. He enjoyed a marriage of 32 years to his wife, Patricia, who he loved very much. Richard's commitment to family was evident in his pride for his son, Dan, and his excitement at the prospect of Dan's fiancé, Brian, becoming a part of their close-knit circle. He also greatly enjoyed seeing his son perform on stage as a lead singer.

Richard, who is survived by his wife, Patricia; son, Daniel; dog, Toby; mother, Carole; and sister, Lynne, leaves behind a legacy of laughter, warmth and love. His impact will be felt by many cousins and friends who cherished his presence.

In his final act of generosity, Richard became an organ donor, offering the gift of life to those in need. His spirit of compassion and selflessness will live on through the lives he has touched.

Richard L. Toth Jr. will be dearly missed, remembered for his unwavering dedication to his passions, his love for his family, and his sometimes stubborn, humorous, but still loving spirit.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Services at Glackin Chapel, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown, NJ, where words of remembrance will be shared at 6:00 p.m.
