Obituary of Kimberly Hodul

Kimberly A. Hodul, 33, of Robbinsville, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

Born in Princeton, Kimberly was raised in Robbinsville and previously resided in Lawrenceville. She graduated from Rider University having earned a degree in finance. She worked in banking for many years and spent most of her career at Cenlar FSB.

Kimberly found joy in traveling; especially exploring the sandy shores of Sanibel Island. No matter where she was, you could guarantee she’d find a bright spot to enjoy the sun on her face. She shared her love of music with her friends and family, taking any opportunity to go to a live show or sing along in the car with the windows down. She particularly loved Gaslight Anthem and Brian Fallon, seeing him multiple times live and even waiting after a show to meet him in person. Kimberly was also a cat lover, having rescued multiple kittens who needed a loving home. One of the first cats she rescued many years ago, Jack, still lives with her sister, Stephanie. Above all else, Kimberly’s greatest joy in life came from the precious moments spent with her children, Jameson and Cooper.

Predeceased by her parents, Steven G. and Linda Jameson Hodul; she is survived by her children, Jameson and Cooper Jones and their father, Matthew; her brother and sister-in-law, Steven T. Hodul and Kara Hodul; her sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie M. Hodul Nemeth and Bryan Nemeth; her nephews, Brady and Quinn Nemeth; her grandmother, Helen M. (Teplica) Hodul; and her aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Services at Glackin Chapel, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown, NJ.  A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 5:30 p.m.
