Terry Lynn Lambert, 63, of Hightstown, NJ, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Terry has been a longtime Hightstown resident. She worked as a dispatcher for Pitt-Ohio of Hamilton for over 10 years, as well as a part-time associate at the local Walmart for several years.

Terry loved her grandchildren more than anything, and had dreams of giving them all the world. On ‘her’ days you would find her at the beach with her girlfriends, basking in the sun with a soothing book, and great conversation.

Predeceased by her father, Robert Tarbart; she is survived by her husband of 36 years, Eugene Lambert, her mother Arleen (Higgs) Tarbart; her children, Kori Moore and her husband Sheldon, Samantha Lambert, Matthew McAvoy and wife Erin. Her grandchildren: Joi, Autumn, Xiomayra, Zoe, Gavyn, and her great grandson, Quincy. Her sister Julie Tarbart, her mother-in-law, Evelyn Randolph; her brothers-in-law, Duncan and Bernard Randolph; and her nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Services at Glackin Chapel, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown, NJ.

A prayer service will be held at 2:30 p.m.

Cremation was private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Terry’s memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
