Montina DSouza, 92, of Queens Village, NY, passed away on September 15, 2022, at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Queens, NY.

Born in Mangalore, Karnataka India, she lived in Mumbai, MH, India before immigrating to the United States settling in Queens, New York.

Prior to retiring, Mrs. DSouza was a dedicated nurse and care giver. In her free time, she loved to watch TV.

Predeceased by her parents, Benjamin and Santina Lobo; her husband, Alfred Sebastian DSouza and her daughter-in-law, Leena DSouza; she is survived by her son, Mr. Joseph John D’Souza; her grandson, Mr. Sheldon D’Souza and his wife, Mrs. Movin D’Souza; her granddaughter, Mrs. Cynthia Norton and her husband, Mr. Allan Norton; and her great-grandchildren, Ms. Meagan D’Souza and Mr. Adam D’Souza.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 23, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 251 Franklin Street, Hightstown, NJ. A visitation will be held at the church from 10:15 until 10:45.

Interment will follow at Fountain Lawn Cemetery in Ewing, NJ.
