Skip was a valued member of the REDCOM Design & Construction family for 9 years. He was gracious and polite right from his first interview when he gladly offered to change his first name to “Will” upon my request because we already had a “Skip” working for us as a superintendent.
Will was always punctual, professional, but most importantly he was always happy. His happiness and appreciation for life was contagious to everyone he was with, and my company will forever be better because of it.
Will was a leader and a great teacher for all the young project managers and superintendents who joined REDCOM during his tenure. He was always gracious and generous with his time.
The only thing he loved more than work was his “better half” Peggy, whom he always held on a pedestal. Will reminded us constantly how lucky he was to have her.
I will be forever indebted to Will for his contribution towards REDCOM and all the enthusiasm and happiness he brought to everything he did for us.
My thoughts and prayers are with Peggy and all of Will’s family.
