Obituary of Henry "Hank" Pitcher, Jr.

Henry “Hank” Pitcher, Jr., 57, of East Windsor, NJ, passed away at home on Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Born in New Brunswick, Hank was raised in Metuchen then resided in East Windsor for the past 30 years. He worked in sales for the Macy’s Furniture Gallery in North Brunswick for 29 years. Hank was an athletic outdoorsman who enjoyed skiing, fishing, running, golfing, and swimming. He used his life to cultivate friendships, and he appreciated the value of a good story. A devoted husband, father, and son, Hank cherished time with his family above all else.

Hank is survived by his wife, Elaine (Vaccarezza) Pitcher; his children, Emma and Jared Pitcher; his mother, Sherald (Miko) Pitcher; and his siblings, Russell, Donna, Edward and Joseph Pitcher.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Services at Glackin Chapel, 136 Morrison Avenue, Hightstown, NJ 08520.
