Obituary of Cynthia A. Longo

Cynthia A. (Pastore) Longo, 67, of Millstone Township, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born and raised in Hightstown, Cindy was a lifelong area resident and was a graduate of Hightstown High School, Class of 1971.  Over the years, she was employed with ADP in the Payroll and Human Resources departments.  For the past 15 years, Cindy was the Payroll and Health Benefits Administrator for Upper Freehold Township Board of Education in Allentown until her retirement in December.

For many years, Cindy loved to travel around the world with her husband.  When not traveling, she loved spending time with her beloved daughters, whether it was hanging around relaxing or doing what they all loved - shopping. One favorite pastime she really enjoyed was horseback riding, especially with her sister-in-law, Diana.  She loved to garden, was very proud of her flower gardens and loved watching the hummingbirds. When not outside, she and David loved going to the casino and playing their weekly group card games. Above all else, she adored her family and cherished every moment she spent with them, especially her three beloved grandchildren, who she spoiled tremendously.

Predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Agnes (Carney) Pastore; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Anna and Salvatore Longo; and her sister-in-law, Barbara Longo; she is survived by her husband of 48 years, David J. Longo of Millstone; her daughters, Vanessa Liedtka and her husband, Jason, of Cream Ridge and Dana Longo and her significant other, Derrick Swain, of North Hanover; her brother, Alex Pastore and his wife, Tricia, of Mobile, AL; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bruce, Ron and his wife, Diana, and MaryAnn Longo; her three grandchildren, Damon, Dayonna, and Brandon; her nieces and nephews, Kellie, Jen, Rebecca, Nicole, Katie, Steve, Dave, Chad, and Tony; her many loving great-nieces and nephews; and her many cherished friends.
