Mr. Lynn T. White, 88, of East Windsor, NJ, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020, at the Presbyterian Home at Meadow Lakes-LTC/HA in East Windsor, NJ.
Born in Camden, NJ, he resided in NJ for many years along with periodic residences in CT, OH and ME, retiring in Cape May. Mr. White attended University of Michigan, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture. He worked as a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with Sea Land in Elizabeth, NJ, prior to working independently as a consultant on projects such as the Cape May Lewes Ferry. In his spare time Mr. White loved to fish, build model ships, read the Bible with his wife, and cheer on his favorite team, Michigan. Go Blue! Mr. and Mrs. White went on to fully retire in Florida.
Predeceased by his parents, John R. and Jean (Lord) White; his wife, Dorcas (Wolff) White; and his brother, John L. White; he is survived by his daughter, Kimberly A. White and her partner, Gretchen Fahrenbruch; his son and daughter-in-law, Paul G. and Jennifer C. White; his grandchildren Brandon White, Marissa Nitto and her husband, RJ, and Kyler White; and his great-grandchildren, Marea and Shay Nitto.
Cremation services were private under the direction of Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Services at Glackin Chapel, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown, NJ.
