Franc P. Holonics, “Frank”, 66, of Hightstown, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro.

Born in Princeton, NJ, Frank was raised in East Windsor, NJ and was a graduate of Hightstown High School, Class of 1978.  He worked as a welder and as a mason with The Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union Local #5, of Bordentown, NJ for many years, retiring in 2021.

Frank loved gardening and working in his yard. He was very handy and could fix anything. Frank enjoyed fishing and cooking on the barbeque, especially for family gatherings. He was also a history buff.

Frank will be remembered for his kind way and willingness to always lend a hand.

Predeceased by his parents, Ferenc and Betty “Mitch” (Mitchell) Holonics; he is survived by his siblings and their spouses, Amy Holonics and Bill Heubner, of Anchorage, Alaska, Dean Holonics of East Windsor, and David and Jean Holonics, of Hamilton; his nieces and nephews, Maya and Camille Heubner, and Claudia, Travis and Collin Holonics; his longtime partner, Krystyna; and his numerous cousins.

A prayer service and urn committal will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mercer Street, Hightstown, NJ.
