Alice O’Donnell, 86, of West Windsor, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, peacefully in her home surrounded by family.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Alice resided in the Hightstown/East Windsor area for over 55 years before moving to the Bear Creek Community of West Windsor. Alice had her real estate license and worked at Schlott Realty for many years. She then went on to work for the State of New Jersey.
Alice was a longtime communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Parish. She also enjoyed dancing, karaoke, and trips to New York City, the Poconos and Outer Banks. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, and beloved pets.
Predeceased by her parents, William and Margaret (Malloy) O’Mullen, her husband, Robert J. O’Donnell; and her brother, Daniel O’Mullen; she is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Applegate (Jim Heyburn) and Mary Pinney (Brian C. Pinney); her grandchildren, Stephen Applegate (Ashley), Brian Eric Pinney (Caroline), Stephanie Pinney (Mike), and Corey Pinney (Carly); and her great-grandchildren, Jacob and Kylie Wilcomb.
A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held on Monday, March 9, from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Maxwell Avenue and Franklin Street, Hightstown, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in North Hanover, NJ.
