Barbara H. Kube, cherished wife, devoted mother, loving grandmother, and adored sister, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025, at the age of 72. Born in New Brunswick, NJ, Barbara later settled in East Windsor Township, NJ, where she lived a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

She worked for many years at Pathmark in North Brunswick, where her kindness and dedication touched countless lives. Her greatest joy, however, was her family. Barbara is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Dennis Kube Sr.; their son, Dennis Kube Jr. and his wife, Andriana; and grandson Dennis Kube III. She also leaves behind her daughter, Kimberly Matonti and her husband, Michael Matonti Sr.; step-grandson, Michael Matonti Jr.; and grand-fur-son, Stewie; her younger sister, Janice Mohr-Kminek; and many loving nephews and nieces.

Barbara had a deep love for the beach and found serenity in sunrises and sunsets. Lavalette, NJ, was one of her happy places, where she often vacationed with her family, creating lasting memories and celebrating life’s simple joys.

Barbara will be remembered for her warm heart, her vibrant spirit, and the love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 4th from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm at Simplicity Funeral Home, 136 Morrison Avenue, Hightstown, with a prayer service to begin at 1:30 pm.
